What is RF bypass, and how does it function in electronic circuits? Could you explain its significance in radio frequency applications and provide examples of where it is commonly used?

Basically it’s bypassing the tuner that’s built into the cable box so that it feeds directly into your TV so you can use your TV’s tuner to change channels or use a VCR to record shows without having to have the cable box on.
