What should the iupac name for a binary covalent compound lack?

What elements should the IUPAC name for a binary covalent compound exclude? Specifically, should it lack prefixes, Roman numerals, an -ide ending, or the name of a nonmetal?

Answer :  The IUPAC name for a binary covalent compound will lack by Roman numerals.Explanation : Covalent compounds are made up of the combination of non-metals.The rules for naming of binary covalent compound :In the naming of binary covalent compound, the lower group number element is written first in the name and keep its element name and the higher group number is written second.First non-metal element in the formula is named first and keep its element name.Gets a prefix if there is a subscript on it such as mono for 1, di for 2, tri for 3 and so on.Second non-metal element is named second.Use the root of the element name, if it is an anion then use suffix (-ide).Always use a prefix on the second element such as mono for 1, di for 2, tri for 3 and so on.For example : The naming of is Oxygen difluoride.
