Why is MySpace so slow if it works at all?

I am experiencing significant slowdowns when using MySpace, regardless of the time of day. The site often takes a long time to load, and I occasionally receive an error message indicating that the page is temporarily unavailable. Additionally, I face issues with connection timeouts. Can anyone explain why this might be happening?

It may be because so many people are using the site at once.  The website I use for work always slows down at night, when more people are browsing it.  MySpace is probably always overloaded by users.

Ok, the main reason why myspace is so slow, is becuz the myspace server has reached it max limit, therefore any new people signing in will have to “wait in line” before their command is met. If you go on during the night where the least people are on, it’s much fast. Tom needs a bigger server, it’s reached over 100,000,000 people!

I htink everyone has had this problem. I think it is becaue they have so many users and the amount keeps increasing but the server will not update the amount of storage in order to furnish our needs

this happens to me all of the time. it does it because there are so many people on at the same time,that sometimes it loads very slowly or not at all.

actually this issue happened to me as well.. but i think it may due to system caching, so try to clear out all your cache and java scripts that IE auto downloads to your system, then restart your PC and try again.. good luck
