No, Mick Jagger (born Michael Phillip Jagger on July 26, 1943, in Dartford, Kent, England) did not appear in the 1981 film Mad Max: The Road Warrior; Mel Gibson, Bruce Spence, and Michael Preston were the stars of that film.
