I think it is mostly saber rattling and political posturing. Columbia crosses into Ecuador and kills a high level FARC rebel. Venezuela then sends troops to the border and screams out American imperialism. Ecuador sends troops to the border and screams about territorial integrity. Neither Venezuela nor Ecuador wants an open war with Columbia because they know they would get their heads handed to them on a platter. The Colombian military is battle hardened from fighting with rebels for years and has US backing. Venezuela and Ecuador are tin pot dictatorships, but they are not stupid.

Pariah dogs are just mutts..they are a real problem in South America...Jamaica.. and other parts of the world... pariah is what they use to describe a type... large prick ears.... slim bodies..normally a curled tail....
