0 degrees C. The freezing point of water is an innate property, therefore I'm going to assume that is hasn't changed at all.

Freezing point of the water is innate property. Therefore, I would say that the freezing point of water from 1 billion years ago would still be the same as to what temperature the water would freeze today. Thus, I choose letter D. 0°C.

The answer is (D.) 0 degree celsius. The normal freezing point of a water is zero degree. The age of the water or time don't affect its freezing poit as long as its water and does not mix with other molecule that could affect its freezing process.
The answer is: 0°CFreezing point would basically be the same of today if anything, and that water still froze at the same temperature from back than and up to now.
