Does a UPS Store location offer Notary Public services to notarize a document?
I need to have an application notarized, but I'm not aware of many places nearby that provide this service. Does a UPS Store location offer Notary Public services for notarizing documents?

some do, but not all
all banks do – just bring it to your bank, or to a more convenient bank, but they may charge you a dollar or two
Notary services are not a standard service for UPS stores, but nothing stops individual locations from having a Notary Public on staff.
As another answer suggested, I have never found a bank without Notary on staff, even though it is not technically required.
As a last resort, ALL court clerks are authorized to act as Notaries.
