According to Cheeseburger in Paradise, their Piña Coladas are handmade in-house with Coconut Rum, Papaya Nectar, Mango Puree, Cream of Coconut, Real Pineapple, and Pineapple Juice. They are always garnished with a Penelope Parrot!
You can try this mixture:
3 oz Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut Rum
3 tbsp Coconut Cream
3 tbsp Crushed Pineapples
1 tbsp each of Mango Puree and Papaya Nectar
