Have you ever seen someone with noor on their face?

Assalam Alaikum. Ibn Abbaas (ra) said: “Good deeds make the face light, give light to the heart, and bring about ample provision, physical strength and love in people’s hearts. Add : Generally, better muslims perform more worship (eg, praying, fasting) – and it helps clear the face and mind (relieves stress) so they physically have a clearer lighter face (eg, constant wudu, effects of fasting, etc) as well as a more radiant face due to their internal contentment (Ibn Taymiyyah rahimahullah once mentioned that if you do not find contentment after an act of worship, then check it – because Allah swt is appreciative)

Also, it is difficult for a sinner (in the darkness of sin) to recognise light (for obvious reasons) – From the above link : “When al-Shaafa’i sat before Maalik and read to him, he admired him because of the intelligence, alertness and understanding that he saw in him. He said, “I think that Allaah has caused light to enter your heart, so do not extinguish it with the darkness of sin.”

Yes… I am only revert for three months, but the only way I can describe it is as something special about someone… Many times when I see it, I feel drawn to somehow connect with that person, not that it always happens right away. But in time Allah presents the opportunity, I take it. Some reason not all brothers have this, but it seems that there is something special about those who do. Probably as the brothers say above, they are people who are worshipping in salah, fasting, etc.

and ur gonna think this is strange but my brother in-law..he used to have a long beard(but the government gave him issues) and as a child, i always looked at him and saw noor in his face. u might not see it, but this man is one of the best men i heve ever known. the most, couragious, islamic, patient good man iv ever met.

because ive known him ever since i was a baby, he is like an actual brother to me. mashaAllah may Allah reward him for his good deeds ..ameen

TIP:WHEN EVER YOU GUYS PERFORM ABLUTION(WUDHU) REMEMBER TO EXTEND THE WASHING PART BECAUSE THEY WILL SHINE ON DAY OF JUDGEMENT…EX.if you wash your hand till knees wash it more than knees …and every parts of wudhu as it will shine on D.O.J..inshallah

Yes I have and to tell you the truth as you sound so doubtful ONLY people with light in their faces faces see others with light in theirs, you know the saying it takes one to know one

I just knew… because it’s a feeling that you get in your heart when you see them..

And also… your eyes feel so relaxed looking at their face..

You know when you eat something sweet… it tastes good.. and you want to keep the taste in your mouth…

Same with this.. you look at them… and feel this sweet sensation in your eyes.. and you want to keep looking at their face…

Yes – i cant explain but when you see it you know, Alhumdullilah. Those people are soo lucky! May Allah be pleased with them
