C. When the Capulets failed to consult Juliet, tension begins to build in her family.Explanation:Romeo and Juliet is Shakespeare's famous play, in which he tells a story about two lovers and the conflict between their families. In this excerpt from Act III, Scene IV, Juliet's parents make plans about her future with Paris, without previously consulting her. Paris shows interest for Juliet during his conversation with her parents. The parents like the idea of the two of them being together, and assume that Juliet would agree to this. However, they do not know that Juliet loves Romeo. The situation regarding Paris will, thus, create a tension in the Capulet family.

answer: the conflict arises the problems between protagonists and antagonists to help develop the character
C. When the Capulets fail to consult Juliet, tension begins to build in her family.Explanation:The families were in a long quarrel that had just been kept up by little engagements. Whenever Mercutio and Tybalt are executed the quarrel has a reestablished quality. The Capulets are requiring the Prince to murder Romeo as punishment.  Juliet even battles with what to do in light of the fact that from one perspective, she supposes she should abhor Tybalt's executioner, however then again, she loves Romeo.  She in the long run concludes that she can excuse Romeo for her cousin's demise in such a case that he hadn't slaughtered Tybalt, Tybalt without a doubt would've murdered him. Romeo's companions are not impressed, the prince isn't appreciative, and Romeo isn't harmed.

When Romeo kills Tybalt, he increases the friction with Juliet’s family. Before the deaths of Mercutio and Tybalt, the families were in a long feud that had only been kept up by small skirmishes. When Mercutio and Tybalt are killed the feud has a renewed strength. The Capulets are calling for the Prince to kill Romeo as punishment. Juliet even struggles with what to do because on the one hand she thinks she should hate Tybalt's killer, but on the other hand she loves Romeo. She eventually decides that she can forgive Romeo for her cousin's death because if he hadn't killed Tybalt, Tybalt surely would've killed him. The rest of the options are simply incorrect. Romeo's friends are not impressed, the prince is not grateful, and Romeo is not notably injured.

When the Capulets fail to consult Juliet, tension begins to build in her family.Explanation:In these lines, we learn of how the Capulets, Juliet's parents, discuss her future with Paris. We hear that Paris is interested in Juliet's hand, and he explains this to Juliet's parents. We also learn that they believe this to be a good idea, and they are sure that Juliet will accept. However, they are unaware of the fact that Juliet loves Romeo. This is likely going to increase tension within the family.
