Why do radishes make your burps smell like farts?

This is not medical advice; please visit a doctor.

It is because radishes have a high sulfur content, which gives them a pungent smell. This sulfur helps in expelling carbon dioxide from the body.

Their smell not only aids in faster digestion due to the sulfur present, but it also kills germs and cleanses the impurities accumulating inside the body.

Radishes cleanse the liver and prevent constipation. They also help clear congested sinuses, remedy laryngitis, soothe sore throats, clear mucus, and prevent viral infections such as colds and flu.

Additionally, they are considered a beautifying food and are especially beneficial for the hair, nails, skin, teeth, and gums. Radish juice has been applied topically as an underarm deodorant and to heal bruises, insect bites, frostbite, and minor burns.

Forget about those expensive beauty products and surgical procedures; you can actually improve your appearance by eating right. Check out "8 Vegetables That Can Make You Look Beautiful" from Capital FM.
