i reagusted my wheel and now the gears aint working, so does anyone know what to do?
I adjusted my wheel, and now the gears aren't working. Does anyone know what I should do to fix this issue?

i assume you trued your wheel when you say readjusted? first make sure it is seated all the way in the dropouts and running straight. if you have it mounted crooked it wont work right. you havent gotten something together right. truing a wheel doesnt alter the position of the freewheel/cogset. i suspect you dont have the wheel in right.
It may be any number of the problems the previous users have listed: the wheel may not be on correctly (eg it is not sitting strait in the dropouts) or something may be bent or damaged, such as the deraileur hanger.
It sounds like you need to adjust the limit screws. You will see two limit screws on the deraileur body(you will need to look at the deraileur from the back of the bike). The screws are in line parallel to the frame. The top one limits how far the deraileur moves outboard (towards the frame and the bottom one limits how far it moves oinboard (toward the wheel). You might be able to fix the problem by adjusting one or both of the screws, depending on which way the deraileur won’t move.
It might also be a cable tension problem. If your derailer is a standard, it uses a spring to upshift (shift to smaller cogs) and cable tension to downshift (shift to larger cogs). If it is a rapid rise deraileur, it will be the opposite-it relies on cable tension to upshift and a spring to downshift. You might not be abe to shift more than two cogs because of way too much cable tension. If so, you can find a ‘barrel adjuster’ right where the cable meets the deraileur. Experiment with it to determine which way DECREASES cable tension. When you are sure you have found it, decrease the cable tension and see if this helps.
If neither of these options fix your problem, take it to a bike shop and have them look at it.
You have not given us enough info on what you adjusted. Go to the local bike shop and pay the few dollars they will charge you. If you screw this up it can be expensive. You can rip out a bunch your spokes and throw yourself over the handlebars.
Adjusting your derailler is a delicate combination of truning the limit screws and adjusting the cable tension. It sounds easy but is not. You may have messed up the deraller mounting when you took the wheel out. You may have the chain on wrong now and it not be obvious to you. Generally removing and replacing the rear wheel will not change gear adjustments.
Take it to a pro and watch how he works on it.
