The answer to the question is A. What you do, is first get rid of the fraction by multiplying everything by 5. You should then have
100-4x>=80. Now subtract 100 from each side. Then what your going to want to do is divide each side by -4. Don’t forget that when you divide by a negative number and there is greater than or less than sign, the sign automatically changes the opposite way.
20-4/5 x>=16
5(20-4/5 x)>=(16)5
100-4x>=80
-4x>=-20
