Well lets figure it out:
(200 km / hour) x (1000 m / km) x (39.37 inch / m) x (1 foot / 12 inch) x ( miles / 5280 feet) = 7,874,000 / 63,360
= 124.3 miles / hour

Do you see how to set that up? After the conversion factors and all the unites cancel out, you have an answer in miles per hour which was what you were seeking.
Hi Yahoo96,
Well for every 100 km it is 62.5 miles per hour so if you are going at 200 km you would be going at 125 mph. 1 km is equal to .625 mph and so 10 km is = 6.25 mph and 100 km is = to 62.5 mph
I hope this helps you to understand km and mph.
Malcolm.
