Integration problem. I think i am right, please assist!?
Title: Integration Problem - Please Assist with My Solution
Body: I would appreciate your help in reviewing my solution to the following problem.
Question: Evaluate the integral ∫ (x – 2/x²)(x + 2/x²) dx.
My Attempt at an Answer: First, I simplified the expression: ∫ (x – 2x⁻²)(x + 2x⁻²) dx. This leads to: ∫ (x² + 2x – 2x – 4x⁻²) dx = ∫ (x² – 4x⁻²) dx.
Now, applying the power rule for integration, I have: = (x³/3) – 4(–1/3)x^(–3).
Could you please confirm if this approach and my calculations are correct? Thank you!
