b. Nematodes lack a circulatory system and circular body wall muscles.c. Some nematodes play important roles in nutrient cycling.Explanation:Nematodes are worms that have a cylindrical, generally elongated body with tapered extremities and no circulatory system and circular muscles of the body wall. In some situations, females assume aberrant kidney, apple or other forms that escape the usual appearance of worms. The size of the nematodes is quite variable. Nematodes are plant parasites measuring 0.3 to 3 millimeters in length, can also parasitize animals and can reach up to several centimeters in length. They are able to live in any environment that has water availability and are extremely sensitive to water shortages and extreme temperatures. However, there are species of nematodes that can resist water stress for months or years. Despite being a parasite, some species of this worm play important roles in nutrient cycling.
