Toshiba error E25 – Toshiba DVR620 DVD Recorder/VCR?
After years of reliable use, an error code E25 suddenly appeared on my Toshiba DVR620 DVD Recorder/VCR this past Sunday. I had just finished recording an episode of The Walking Dead when the error popped up. Prior to this, the device had been functioning perfectly, and I had successfully recorded other programs.
To troubleshoot, I unplugged the device and held the power button for 10 seconds, but the issue persists. Based on my research, it seems the problem might be related to a dirty lens in the recorder. Before I proceed with cleaning the lens or exploring other solutions, I wanted to ask: is there anything else I should try or check to resolve this issue?
