What does “Detected AP2P” on Peerblock mean?
What does "Detected AP2P" mean in Peerblock? For instance, when Peerblock displays the message "Detected AP2P on Smart Broadband," what is the significance of this notification?

It simply means that it is detecting a Anti Peer-2-Peer groups IP Range or Internet Protocol Address Range. Which is a range of numbers used to identify your computer on the internet. PeerBlock, uses public lists which are maintained by humans. So the fact of truth may not be that good. Blocking lists aren’t good anyway.
Because its only alerting you that because your being funneled to an IP Range that is listed on the blocklist as being an AP2P IP Range Smart Broadband is an ISP or Internet Service Provider you pay to get internet service from. If your downloading movies from Bittorrent this is the most likely cause of this message appearing, but it can appear anyway from the blocklist not being updated constantly or their just not being that correct.

For the first question, I can’t explain it, only know it when I feel it. I guess I could say that I feel healed and at peace at those times though, supported in times of trouble… For the second, if the being or quality or energy known as God can not be sensed by scientific instruments, that doesn’t necessarily mean it doesn’t exist, only that it’s nature has not been discovered, and the equipment to sense it has not been invented yet. It took someone to discover a way to perceive x-rays, or to perceive radioactivity, or perceive the speed of light, these things did not "exist" before the equipment was built, yet somewhere along the line they were "sensed", and the sensing spurred someone to find a way to show it.

That would be a really neat trick, since I’ve yet to see any description of God that is sufficiently tangible to infer any sort of physical properties from, much less one you could imagine everyone agreeing upon. Most definitions of God I’ve seen were negative or relational, i.e. the descriptions go on about what God isn’t (not human, not earthly) or what God is in terms of something else (usually “greater than” anything anyone can imagine) but nothing one could infer any attributes from.
