The word is a mash between suburb and disturb, thus "disturbia" is created. It's not an actual word it's just slang, but the word was derived from the movie Disturbia. The word is used to describe the dark side of a neighborhood/suburb (the creepy side, the side where a Ꮲe̫dᎾphᎥl? usually live in :D)
